How a members' talk would run
Say a venue puts a talk on sale in ManageHex and offers an online place beside the seats in the room. On the night the door is worked, the bar tabs open and the seating plan behaves as it would for an event with no broadcast at all. RoomHex carries the talk out to the members who bought one, live, as it happens. If the evening is really three sittings rather than one, each gets its own start and its own access window under that single event, and a guest reaches their sitting when it opens and not before.
Where the line sits
RoomHex owns the broadcast and the running order. Everything a guest in the building touches stays in ManageHex, which is also where the door and floor team work that night, so nobody is asked to watch two screens at once. Ticket types, refunds and the night's takings stay ManageHex's either way.
